Quotes are one of my favorite things. I’m not really sure why I love them but I do. Quotes put into words our thoughts in often more eloquent ways than we ever could, by those wiser than us. There is not going to be a strict “weekly quote” blog series but on this lovely Wednesday I’ll be sharing a mix of my favorites and ones I recently read some place or another.
Five Quotes of the Week
“Hope is the thing with feathers, that perches in the soul, and sings the tune without words, and never stops at all.†-Emily Dickinson
“If you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back” – Friedrich Nietzsche
“But before you believe the things you believe, you must understand  to be understood.†- An Ode to Infinity, John O’Callaghan
“Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flames.â€Â – Rumi
“The world is a book and he who doesn’t travel only reads one page.†– St. Augustine
