In a little under 3 weeks I will be saying Auf Wiedersehen to America and boarding a 9+ hour flight to go live in Vienna Austria for a month long summer study abroad! While it will leave a nice dent in the wallet, I do believe this kind of experience is invaluable and to say I’m excited is an understatement. I’ll be studying international business for 4 weeks among Austrians as well as other international students. I’ve never been anywhere in Europe and cannot wait for July. I know it’s going to be good for me to get away, break routine, and experience a new culture and people. I’ll also have a few weekends during the program where I plan to/hope to travel with people I meet. I’m working full time until I leave, but after the program ends I’m taking some “me time” and travelling along with my mom.
Places I’m Going: Vienna (Austria), Budapest (Hungary), Venice (Italy), London (England)
Places I Hope to Visit: Salzburg (Austria), Prague (Czech Republic), Zadar (Croatia), Verona (Italy), Munich (Germany) and wherever else my time/budget will allow ~
